Dare to Dream Urban Network Will Meet the Needs of Minorities
Three Angels Broadcasting Network officials announced today that they will launch a new television network aimed at meeting the needs of African Americans and other minorities who live in urban areas. 3ABN’s Dare to Dream Network will begin 24-hour broadcasting beginning December 1, 2010, initially on the Internet, but officials say they hope to soon make it available on satellite and cable systems across the United States.
“This is an idea whose time has come,” says 3ABN president, Jim Gilley. “The idea of an urban network holds great promise for reaching a huge segment of our population that may not otherwise know Jesus. I’m very excited about 3ABN’s Dare to Dream Network.”
3ABN’s administration appointed Dr. Yvonne Lewis as the new general manager for the network. “There are many challenges confronting our inner cities—poverty, crime, erosion of the family unit, chronic diseases, and spiritual decline, just to name a few,” Lewis says. “3ABN’s Dare to Dream Network will meet the needs of urban residents by offering socially relevant programming from parenting to nutrition, from healthy lifestyles to relationships, and from crime prevention to money management. But most importantly, we will introduce them to their loving Savior.”
3ABN founder, Danny Shelton, says, “We need to be more than onlookers. We need to step up to the plate and take personal responsibility for our brothers and sisters in the inner cities. The idea for this network has been in the works for several years, and we’re excited to see how the Lord has brought it all together.” Dr. Lewis says that initially they will rely heavily on programs already produced by 3ABN, but many more series are in development. “Media is the best way to reach millions of people that would not ordinarily enter a church,” she says, “and we want to become a household name by offering programming that touches the hearts of young and old alike.”
Dare to Dream will be available December 1, 2010 on 3ABN’s website, www.3abn.org.

How to Not Look Tired—Even If You Are .
By Laurie Salomon
Reviewed by QualityHealth's Medical Advisory Board
It’s no secret that women often have trouble sleeping as they get older. And there’s nothing like a full plate—work projects due, sick kids, money worries—to keep you up at night. If you’ve been tossing and turning in the wee hours, it’s probably taking a toll on your appearance. Get rid of your morning drag with these smart ideas:Reviewed by QualityHealth's Medical Advisory Board
- Start with a clean slate. Give your face a good wash, with an exfoliant if possible. This will smooth and brighten your complexion.
- Forage in your fridge. There’s nothing like under eye circles to scream, “I didn’t sleep.” If you’ve got the time, here are some good home remedies to try: Place a slice of potato or cucumber on your closed eyes for as many minutes as you can spare. Soaked and chilled tea bags are a good choice, too. Then wash with lukewarm water, and put on a Vitamin E undereye cream. Or just apply potato or cucumber juice (grate the food first) to your undereye circles with a cotton ball. Mint leaves ground into a paste will also work, as will several drops of almond oil applied with your finger.
- Go light on foundation. Tired skin is often rough skin, says Vidya Tikari, an Indian makeup artist. Heavy foundation won’t take well to an uneven skin tone, so choose a lighter foundation with a luminous texture. Mix with a bit of bronzer for a healthy glow.
- Color and curl. Eye shadow will brighten your tired eyes and make them sparkle. Frosted shades always work well to wake up your face. And since tired eyes may appear half-closed, curl your eyelashes before applying mascara to make them really stand out.

7 Ways to Avoid Nighttime Heartburn .
By Jo Cavallo
Reviewed by QualityHealth's Medical Advisory Board
Nearly 75 percent of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) experience symptoms at night. Fortunately, there are things you can do to find relief. GERD is a chronic digestive disease that occurs when stomach acid or bile flows back into your esophagus, irritating the lining. The result is acid reflux and heartburn.Reviewed by QualityHealth's Medical Advisory Board
Some symptoms of GERD include:
- A burning sensation in your chest (heartburn), occasionally spreading to the throat, along with a sour taste in your mouth
- Chest pain
- Dry cough
- Regurgitation of food or sour liquid (acid reflux)
- A sensation of a lump in the throat
Finding Nighttime Relief
People with nighttime GERD usually experience severe pain. However, there are some simple lifestyle changes you can make that may help you reduce or even prevent nighttime heartburn.- Elevate the head of your bed. Raise the angle of your bed by using 4- to 6-inch blocks at the head of the bed and use a wedge-support to elevate the top half of your body. Sleeping in a tilted position like this can help keep the acid in the stomach at night. You'll find wedges at drugstores and medical supply stores. But don't try elevating your head with extra pillows, which can compress your stomach, making heartburn worse.
- Sleep on your left side. Try sleeping on your left side instead of your right side. The stomach is higher than the esophagus when a person sleeps on the right side, which can put pressure on the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), increasing the chance for fluid back up.
- Remain upright after eating. Consider taking a walk after eating or at least avoid lying down after a meal. Wait at least two to three hours after eating before going to bed and refrain from late-night snacking.
Some other tips you can try to avoid heartburn include:
- Lose weight. Extra pounds increase pressure on the stomach and can push acid into the esophagus.
- Stop smoking. The nicotine in tobacco products stimulates stomach acid and impairs your body's ability to keep stomach contents in place.
- Eat smaller meals. A large meal stays in your stomach for several hours, raising your risk for heartburn. Instead, try eating three to five smaller meals a day to see if it helps reduce your symptoms.

A Visit to The Nursing Home.
On Sabbath, the 27th of November, just a few days after Thanksgiving, 7 young men included myself, decided to visit the nursing home in Dallas Georgia, as a Ministry that was started several years ago. This afternoon was a little on the cold side, but our faith was resolute and our minds were made up to put a smile on someone's face.
We arrived at the Nursing Home and the "Spirit led seven" were ready to share some joy to the residents of this facility.Do you know that many mothers and fathers have been taken to nursing homes across this great country, to die a lonely life?.You should see the tears and hear the cries of these wonderful people, whose bodies and minds are rapidly failing them, and now they are crying out for someone to love them. I am so thankful, that there is a God, that promise us that, He will never leave us or forsake us, and that He will be with us always until the very end!!. That is "Good News". Let us not forget that we too are getting older, and this could be one of our stops(nursing home)before we are called to the grave.
Yes we had a wonderful time with our senior citizens, and we were blessed,as they show their appreciation,in words and in songs. We now have a better understanding, that it is more "blessed to give than to receive".This wonderful day proved beyond a shadow of doubt that, to live is to give and remember it doesn't matter how small or large as long as it is done from the heart.

Sleep Your Way to a Healthier Heart.

To sleep provides more than a chance to dream. Scientists are waking up to the fact that the right amount of shut-eye restores bones, gives the brain a much-needed break from the daily grind, and prevents a whole host of maladies, including heart disease. In 2007, British researchers reported that snoozing five hours or less every night doubles a person's risk of developing a cardiovascular illness. Here are a few other reasons more quality sack time should be priority No. 1 for the 63 percent of Americans who get less than eight hours of sleep each night:
A lack of Z's can clog your arteries. An article in a recent issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association claimed that study subjects who slept five hours or less were more likely than their better-rested peers to accumulate calcium deposits in their coronary arteries, a condition that can make the arteries less flexible and lead to heart disease. Researchers concluded that those who got less than the recommended eight hours every night could cut their calcification risk by a third and enjoy a blood-pressure drop as great as 16.5 points if they added just one hour of sleep to their nightly routine.
That overnight dip in blood pressure goes a long way in helping heart-disease patients. A study of 1,255 Japanese adults diagnosed with high blood pressure found that those who got less than seven and half hours of slumber were almost twice as likely to suffer and/or die from a cardiac event such as a heart attack; that risk was doubly greater for patients who slept for only brief periods of time and were prone to the riser pattern, in which blood pressure remains elevated even during non-REM sleep, when it usually drops.
The chronically sleep deprived stand a greater chance of heart disease via diabetes and/or obesity. A deficit of restful slumber has been linked to diabetes and obesity, two conditions that also have ties to cardiovascular illnesses since insulin resistance and inflammation play a major role in the deterioration of the cardiovascular system. Researchers at the University of Chicago observed that after less than one week of getting just half of the standard eight hours sleep a night, test subjects exhibited changes in endocrine function and glucose tolerance that suggested the early stages of diabetes. They also determined that sleep deprivation caused the levels of leptin in the blood to decrease resulting in an increase in appetite. I hope this article prove a blessing to you.http://www.chinssolution.com

Train Up A Child.
An infant's smallness and adorable innocence often draw the attention of nearby adults. They know that a newborn life is a gift of great value. But as the infant grows, the parents realize the great responsibility of rearing the child. They know that the child needs to be taught, not just cared for. A multitude of child rearing books on bookstore shelves attest to the fact that raising a child takes great wisdom.
At the heart of every good parenting principle lie Solomon's words of Prov.22:6,"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." The verb for train means "to dedicate," and the word for way generally refers to living correctly in God's sight(see Prov.15:10). Solomon was advising parents to set their child aside for special use, to dedicate him or her to the Lord and His path. The verb train includes the idea of stimulating the child to do good- through words of guidance, discipline, and encouragement on the right path. This is a parent's main task, to receive as a charge from the Lord and then to dedicate the child to God's ways.
Some have taken the line "when he is old he will not depart from it" as a promise. They believe it to be a guarantee that proper parenting will always result in a child's salvation. Proverbs, however, present general principles, not promises. This verse gives parents the assurance that the lessons learned in childhood will last a lifetime. Whether their child learns to follow the Lord will in part, depend on his or her own choices. But lessons driven home at the crucial stage of childhood will not go away. Hence the need for parental discipline and guidance.
God promises to enable parents for their task, not to make decisions for the child. Each generation is responsible for its own relationship to God. But even without a promise, this proverb remains wise advice for every parent. Dedicating a child to God's ways is the best course to set.If we provide a positive environment for our children, they will have a better chance of being productive citizens in this world and the one to come.

Foods that Trigger Migraines .
By Jeanne Faulkner
Reviewed by QualityHealth's Medical Advisory Board
If you're one of 36 million Americans who suffer from migraines, what you put in your mouth may go to your head. For some, certain foods pull the trigger that leads to crippling headaches.Reviewed by QualityHealth's Medical Advisory Board
What is a Migraine Trigger?
The American Council for Headache Education says there are specific factors that increase risks for having a migraine. Triggers don't cause migraines. Instead, they're thought to activate processes that cause them in people prone to getting migraines. Not every migraine sufferer has the same triggers and they may not cause migraines every time. Many common foods contain substances that trigger migraines.
1. Tyramine, a byproduct of protein breakdown in certain foods, is a big troublemaker for some migraine sufferers. It increases blood flow to the brain. Tyramine is found in aged cheeses, processed meats, pickles, onions, olives, certain types of beans, raisins, nuts, avocados, canned soups, and red wine.
Watch out for these cheeses: blue cheeses, cheddar, Stilton, feta, gorgonzola, parmesan, Swiss and processed cheeses (among others).
2. Chemicals, dyes, nitrites and additives in processed foods are common migraine triggers that cause headaches by increasing blood flow to the brain. Headaches associated with additives may be different than classic, one-side-of-the-head migraines. They're more likely to cause pain on both sides of the head and may be accompanied by abdominal discomfort, a burning sensation or pressure in the chest, mouth or throat and dizziness. These types of headaches usually appear within an hour or so after eating.
Stick to whole foods instead of processed to limit the chemical and additive products that may cause migraines.
3. MSG (sometimes found in Chinese food and processed foods) and food coloring are infamous headache triggers. Even seemingly "healthy" choices like juices and soups may contain additives so read labels carefully.
4. Extremely cold foods trigger migraines in some people. Ice cream and ice-cold beverages can cause "brain freeze" in anyone for a few minutes. For people with migraines though, these foods can trigger a full migraine attack.
5. Sometimes it's what you don't eat that triggers migraines. Dramatic blood sugar dives caused by skipping meals can trigger headaches in almost everyone. For people prone to migraines, not eating can lead to disaster.
Eat a balanced diet and don't skip meals.

Today is yet another wonderful day. I was awaken with joy in my heart and gratitude for seeing another day. I have learned over the years never to take waking up in the morning for granted, because the only reminder that I need, is go to the obituary section of any newspaper in the world, and see how blessed and fortunate I am. I did my morning walk and the crisp air and the morning sunlight just seem to be caressing my face. The G-Spot: Myth or Reality?

The G-spot is an elusive pleasure zone that some women swear provides them with an intense sexual experience and some researchers doubt even exists. While it has never been definitively located, many women believe they have a small area in the front of their vagina that, when stimulated, results in an intense orgasm. Though researchers still are divided on whether it's real, try telling that to women who claim they have better orgasms because of it.
The so-called G-spot is named for Ernst Grafenberg, a German gynecologist who identified it more than 50 years ago. More recently, a large study on the much touted spot took place in Britain. When British researchers looked for the G-spot in a study that was reported in the Journal of Sexual Medicine, they found no proof of its existence.
The research, by a King's College London team, involved 1,800 women, all pairs of identical and non-identical twins. All the women were asked if they had a G-spot. Theoretically anyway, it would be expected that identical twins having the same genes would either have it or not have it.

The researchers concluded that the female hot spot may just be a figment of women's imagination. "We postulate...that the reason for the lack of genetic variation is that there is no physiological or physical basis for the G-spot," wrote the study authors in the Journal of Sexual Medicine.
Beverley Whipple, a sexologist who according to BBC News has helped make the G-spot theory popular, said the study is flawed because researchers hadn't accounted for the sexual experiences of bisexual and lesbian women. Whipple also noted that having different sexual partners with different lovemaking techniques could influence the study's outcome.
Ian Kerner, Ph. D., the author of She Comes First: The Thinking Man's Guide to Pleasuring a Woman, notes that clitoral orgasms are frequently criticized for being "quick and light-hearted." G-spot orgasms, he explains, are labeled more "serious and substantive." Yet, Kerner contends, a study of anatomy reveals that all orgasms are clitoral. So is it all that important to know whether the orgasm originates in the G-spot or the clitoris? As Kerner says, "Irrespective of anatomy, it would be hard to dispute this area's erogenous potential."
Whether or not the G-spot actually exists isn't all that important, says marriage and family therapist Cathie Helfand, MS, and women shouldn't worry if they can't find it.
"A woman's goal of sexual arousal is much more important than whether there is a spot or not," she says. "If a woman does something and it feels good, that's what is the most important, not a part of anatomy that has a name."

A Prayer for Muslims
Another election wrapped up, another terrorist plot averted. While I’m not suggesting this week’s two biggest headlines have any connection, have you ever wondered how proactive God is in the life of our civilization? He probably doesn’t keep an electoral scorecard of favorite politicians, and he certainly isn’t the author of evil conspiracies. Nevertheless, could it be that he is personally, actively very much engaged in what goes on around this planet? Let me explain.
I find particular comfort in a dusty line from the ancient prophet Daniel: “[God] changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings” (Daniel 2:21, 22). The New Living Translation renders that line, “He determines the course of world events.” Does that mean God works through the electoral processes of a democracy to put individuals into leadership/office who are sympathetic to his own agenda for humanity? He certainly did that with Nebuchadnezzar, the despot of Babylon who became a defender of the true God through the influence of Daniel.
History has repeatedly shown that all it takes is one receptive leader, open to the intervening Spirit of God, to protect God’s “defenseless” community of faith and thus advance the divine agenda and mission on earth.
But averting terrorist plots? Consider Daniel’s further depiction of our proactive God: “He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, and light dwells with Him” (Daniel 2:22). Do you realize what might have happened had the “underwear bomber” last Christmas and the two cargo plane package bombs discovered this week (both plots linked to the same Islamic terrorist organization) successfully detonated? With no immediate or obvious clue for the explosion(s), air travel as we know it would certainly have been instantly halted—impacting international commerce, exchange, finances, economics, politics in ways we cannot now fathom. And we can only imagine the deleterious effects on the growth of God’s kingdom on earth. But the evil that is plotted in darkness is seen and known to the God who is light. “He determines the course of world events.” Which is why I pray two prayers when I read of averted terror—#1, thanks be to God, who has once again prevented the closing of a global door to the advance of his everlasting gospel on earth; and #2, God be merciful to his 1.4 billion Muslim children and protect them from the raging backlash
that would diminish their openness to the truth about His character. A century ago Ellen White observed: “In the annals of human history the growth of nations, the rise and fall of empires, appear as dependent on the will and prowess of man. The shaping of events seems, to a great degree, to be determined by his power, ambition, or caprice. But in the word of God the curtain is drawn aside, and we behold, behind, above, and through all the play and counterplay of human interests and power and passions, the agencies of the all-merciful One, silently, patiently working out the counsels of His own will” (Education 173). Elections and terrorist plots included? But of course. Which is why he is God. And why we can be very grateful.

Happy sabbath Day. Indeed this is the day that the Lord has blessed and sanctified, so let us rejoice and be glad in it.Did you know this day teaches us to be unselfish? We are thinking about others and not ourselves. We are thanking our creator for this opportunity to have this intimate relationship with Him.This is like a birthday celebration, when our focus and attention is drawn away from "us" and to the one we are celebrating. This is also what Love is all about, not self centered but others centered.

#5 The Great Ones Separate Truth From Fact.
While average performers tend to believe truth and fact are the same, the world class knows there is a difference. Champions use their critical thinking skills to make a clear distinction between truth and fact. Fact is reality. Truth is our perception of reality, and perceptions are subjective. One person perceives giving to charity as an expense, while another perceives it as an investment in someone else’s life. The fact is that many people give to charity; whether it’s an expense or an investment is a perception. Which line of thinking represents truth?
Both. In the minds of individuals, perception equals truth. This subtle distinction allows the great ones to understand themselves and others at a higher level of awareness. The masses tend to operate from truth, which is often a distorted version of facts. Champions make decisions based on facts, not feelings. The world class also uses this understanding of truth and fact in their mental programming. The great ones know the conscious mind functions most effectively on fact, while the subconscious can be programmed with truth. Since the subconscious is unable to make the distinction between fact and truth, champions program their subconscious minds to believe their visions, dreams and ideas as truths. Because the subconscious doesn’t have the ability to reject an idea, it accepts it as truth and begins to create behaviors that are congruent with this new “truth.” The conscious mind knows this “truth” is not fact, and tension begins to build between the conscious and subconscious, creating cognitive dissonance. As a result, the two go to work to create congruency. The great ones are not only aware of the difference between truth and fact, but they also know how to use them both to get what they want.
Action Step for Today: Write down 10 things you know are fact, and rethink each by asking, “Is this really a fact, or a truth I’ve created from my own or others’ perceptions?” For example: is it a fact that the sky is blue? Is it a fact that you are a nice person? Is it a fact that the faithful will be rewarded in heaven? You’ll see how often we operate from truth, rather than fact.

Facing Your Retirement Fears .

For some people, leaving the workforce is a long-held dream. For others, the thought of giving up the job they've had for years is a great source of anxiety. If retirement is something that scares you, it's important to be well prepared for this major life transition. How can you make this time in your life enjoyable rather than stressful?
One of the most important things you can do is get your finances in order. Obviously, a huge fear that people have about retirement is being short of money. If you haven't accumulated a seven-figure nest egg, consider trying to:
One of the most important things you can do is get your finances in order. Obviously, a huge fear that people have about retirement is being short of money. If you haven't accumulated a seven-figure nest egg, consider trying to:
- Cut down on spending. Some people spend less once their children are finished with college and out of the house. Others find that their schedule now permits frequent vacations, nights on the town, and expensive meals out. Before opening your wallet, ask yourself if what you want is something you can live without. Anything you save can be put into your company 401K or other savings vehicle, such as an IRA. Not only will you find yourself with a bigger cushion when you do stop working, but you'll be acclimating yourself to a more modest lifestyle that will help you stretch your dollars.
- Stay in the workforce. If you're not forced out of your job, consider staying on for a few years. You'll bring in an income for a longer period and will build up more in retirement benefits. Staying on the job may also allow you to postpone collecting retirement benefits such as your pension or social security payments. Doing this will mean higher annual payouts when you do finally collect.
- Start A Home Business. This could be a real and viable option and so many people are doing this and find that they don't have to worry about retirement.Obviously finding a business that is real and honest that requires some searching.http://www.chinssolution.com
#4 Champions Are Driven By Emotional Motivators
The masses are primarily motivated by extrinsic motivators, such as material possessions and money. The world class is motivated intrinsically, by their dreams, desires and passions. External motivation is short lived, while internal motivation is nearly impossible to exhaust until the goal is achieved. The rah-rah, jump-up-and-down motivational pep talks are fun and temporarily motivating, yet lack the real fire emotional motivators generate. World-class leaders know the secret to motivating themselves and others is discovering what they will fight for when the going gets tough. The great ones move from logic-based motivators to emotion-based motivators. They know the key to finding the true power of the individual lies in the deep recesses of the psyche. The process great leaders and coaches use is tedious, time consuming, and simple: ask questions, and don’t stop until you have landed on the emotional hot buttons. World-class coaches keep digging until they hit the vein of gold – when the performer begins answering in terms of how they feel, as opposed to what they think. When they hit the vein of gold, they continue to probe until the performer reaches an emotional high point, known in performance circles as the white moment. The white moment is the strongest emotional driver of a performer. Coaches use emotional drivers to motivate and inspire performers to push far beyond their threshold of pain, to accomplish feats that, without this level of motivation, would be impossible. http://www.chinssolution.com

#3 Champions Have An Immense Capacity For Sustained Concentration
Champions are famous for concentrating their energy and efforts on what they want and blocking out anything or anyone who threatens that focus. While average people haphazardly pursue loosely defined goals, champions concentrate on the attainment of a singular purpose with an intensity that borders on obsession. World-class performers invest an inordinate amount of time and energy in selecting their major goals. While the masses consider making changes every New Year’s Eve, the goal setting and planning process is an everyday habit of champions. When the goals are set, champions put mental blinders on and move forward with dogged persistence and ferocious tenacity. World-class performers create such an intense level of concentration to overcome challenges and achieve goals that it is the last thing they think about before they fall asleep, and the first thing that hits them when they wake up. The great ones dream about their goals so frequently that they often keep pen and paper on the nightstand so they can quickly record any ideas or solutions that come to them in the middle of the night. While average people see world-class performers’ successes as a matter of intelligence or luck, champions know sustained concentration of thought and action is usually the true key to their success.

Look Down From Space
It was a surreal night to say the least. The four of us, two former astronauts, an Air Force Major General and I sat on the front porch sipping single malt scotch and Jeremiah Weed while a huge air force jet was making touch-and-go’s a hundred yards away.
When in the company of astronauts, the conversation, undoubtedly, turns to space travel. It is an experience so few people in the world have ever had or will ever have the opportunity to try, so the curiosity of the two non-astronauts at the table was bubbling. It was the two-star general who asked the question that we both needed to know the answer to: “did going to space change you?”
The first astronaut answered. “It didn’t change me,” he said, “but it reinforced many of the values I already held.” The second astronaut had been on more missions and spent more time in space than her colleague. “Yes,” she said, “it profoundly changed me. If you didn’t go up a pacifist, odds are pretty good you came back as one.”
This is a common theme among those who have ever had the opportunity to look back at our planet from so far away. Looking down at our little blue world, free from all the noise and hubbub, they can’t help but think: why can’t we all just get along.
This perspective is not unique to astronauts. We all have the ability to understand more when we step back to look at a situation with a wide-angle lens. Especially at times when we can see no alternative than to respond with anger, wage “war” with our competition or even just feel like we can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. In these moments, we need to stop and pretend we are looking at the situation from space.
I remember not getting accepted to an organization I really wanted to join. I was convinced on my second try I would make it. But I didn’t. I felt like I wasn’t worthy. Then I stopped. I pulled back. Would it really have an impact on my life being a part of their organization versus not – sure, some. I would have had the opportunity to do some pretty cool stuff…but it probably won’t limit anything I can do in the future. Then I pulled back even further - I certainly wouldn't lie on my death bed and think my life would have been so much better if I had made it in. In the grand scheme of my life and career, did it really matter? The answer…not surprisingly…was no. The best part is, there was another opportunity that I saw only when I was looking down from a high altitude that, when close-in and obsessed with the first thing, I couldn’t see.
Pulling back, physically and philosophically, is an amazing practice. We see things we can never see when in the middle of it. We see solutions, we see opportunities, we become more realistic and pragmatic and less reactive and reactionary and, best of all, we find calm. It’s a shame we can’t all go to space to come back with that new perspective...but we can pretend. This was written by Simon Sinek and shared by Ronald P Chin

#2 World-Class Wealth Begins With World-Class Thinking
If you got out of bed this morning and went to work because you wanted to, you are in control of money. If you got out of bed this morning because you had to, money is in control of you. Even in the wealthiest nation in the world, 99% of the population is being controlled by money. The effect is lack of money. The cause is thinking. Albert Einstein once said, “a problem cannot be solved at the level of consciousness in which it occurs."
This is written by Steve Siebold and reproduce by Ronald Chin because the content is amazingly strong and real.http://www.chinssolution.com
Knowing this, champions raise their level of consciousness by studying how the world class creates wealth. The middle class believes formal education is the answer to acquiring wealth, yet very few academics are wealthy. They seek advanced degrees and certifications and are confounded when these things don’t bring them riches. While the great ones are strong advocates of higher education, they don’t believe it has much to do with acquiring money. The middle class trades time for money. The world class trades ideas that solve problems for money. Money flows like water from ideas. The middle class often scorns the world class out of frustration over a lack of money, yet the answer to earning more than they can spend has been in their laps their whole lives. Ideas -- it’s such a simple concept that the majority misses it. The poverty class talks about and regurgitates the past; the middle class talks about other people; and the world class talks about ideas. Professional performers know money doesn’t care in which direction it flows. They know the world will bend over backward to make them rich if it will help them solve their problems. About 150 years ago, Karl Marx was sure the working class, as a whole, would rise up and overcome oppression if they had a chance. What Marx didn’t figure into the equation was the poverty-driven thought process of the people. Give people operating at middle-class consciousness a million-dollar opportunity, and they will find a way to make it back to the middle class. It is where their limited self-image tells them they belong. The difference has nothing to do with reality. It’s all perception in the mind of the performer.

"Where you feel most comfortable reflects your self-image, and most likely, your current status. If you want to become wealthier, begin by raising your self-image by upgrading the self-talk you use regarding money and finances. If all you do is chase more money, you are simply attacking the effect. The cause is how you think, and if you improve the cause, the effect will take care of itself." Steve Siebold

#1 The World Class Operates From Objective Reality.
In 20 years of competing, coaching and working with performers from various fields, I’ve discovered most amateurs suffer from mild to severe delusion in relation to their efforts and competencies. In other words, most people delude themselves into thinking they are working harder then they are, and that they are more competent than they actually are. Of the five major levels of conscious awareness, (poverty, working, middle, upper, and world) my experience has been that performers at the middle-class levels of consciousness suffer the grandest delusions. The poverty level is barely surviving and living in a very harsh set of circumstances. The working class is punching a mental time clock and counting the days until retirement. They’re usually not expecting much, and no one around them expects much, either. They are typically not concerned about climbing any higher.
These are the words of Steve Sibold a World Class Speaker.http://www.chinssolution.com
It’s the middle class that is most incongruent with reality. They are operating at a high enough level to understand that higher levels exist. Although they don’t expect to get there, the thought crosses their minds from time to time. Because of their low expectations, their actions are incongruent with their desires. In other words, they want to live the life of the world class, but are unwilling to pay the price. Since this reality is too harsh to bear, they delude themselves into thinking they are doing everything in their power to get ahead. Of course, they’re not. They’ll tell you they’re putting in far more time than they are. They’ll swear they are thinking about their vision all the time, but they’re not. The world class is brutally honest with themselves, and they tend to look reality in the face. They err on the side of over-practicing and over-preparing. Champions know that, to ascend to the top, you must first be operating from a mindset of objective reality. Self-deception and delusion have no place in the professional performer’s consciousness.

Another day of rest and gladness. A day to be thankful to our Creator for His unconditional love. Truly we are bless beyond measure, to know that our awesome God loves us so much, that He would risk the separation from His son forever!.The next time you look in the eyes of someone, think about the product of a loving God and His willingness to do whatever it takes, to have us with Him for eternity! Have a fantastic day and remember 'whose' you are.

The Key to Building a Successful Home-Based Business: Develop an Entrepreneurial Mindset
A successful home-based business is something that many people dream about. With it, they can establish their own work schedule, be their own boss, and save thousands of dollars a year on commuting and other work expenses – not to mention avoiding all that traffic! But the problem these people commonly run into is that they lack the entrepreneurial mindset required to move forward with their business in spite of challenges. They give up when things go sour and they become upset when they fail to generate the kind of income they expected to right away. That’s a natural reaction, but the entrepreneurial mindset requires a reaction of a different sort – and it can significantly alter the outcome of your home-based business.
Entrepreneurs who are successful find that they don’t see problems as insurmountable difficulties. Instead, they see problems as opportunities to be fleshed out and challenges to meet and conquer. They like to think outside the box and to devise new and creative ways to overcome adversity. A successful home-based business is operated by someone who can implement these strategies – someone with an entrepreneurial mindset. When an entrepreneur encounters something that is not going his or her way, giving up is never an option. Changing course is possible, but only out of necessity after considering all the alternatives. According to the entrepreneurial mindset, no decisions are made out of fear, anxiety, or misplaced passion. An entrepreneurial mindset is a positive mindset; it emanates success thinking, and thus it attracts success in the greater world.
If you want to run a successful home-based business, developing an entrepreneurial mindset is crucial. Fortunately, you can train yourself to do this; i.e., it doesn’t have to be an innate characteristic of your personality. You simply need to commit to its development and promise yourself that you’ll never give up, as it won’t happen overnight. For any entrepreneur who is running a successful home-based you can be sure that it took time and patience to get there and that the journey was fraught with trial and error. The entrepreneurial mindset won’t make you immune to challenges, but it will show you how to turn these challenges into short-cuts to success.Generally speaking, the entrepreneurial spirit comes in two different flavors—DIY and KISS. DIY of course stands for Do-It-Yourself, and refers to the entrepreneurial mindset that would rather build everything from scratch. If you do this successfully—think Bill Gates or Steven Jobs here—you can make a massive fortune. The sad reality is however that not everyone has the same drive to succeed as Gates or Jobs. (We all have the same potential for greatness—some of us just don’t use it as effectively as those guys did.)
The KISS approach (for Keep It Simple, Stupid) is generally much more appropriate for those of us who don’t want to reinvent the wheel while trying to launch a successful home-based business. With the KISS approach anyone with an entrepreneurial mindset can look for and find a veritable business in a box that provides a turnkey solution for a successful home-based business start up. Either approach can work—the key is to find the one that works for you.

Yesterday it was my joy and opportunity to volunteer to do the children story at my daughter's Pre-K, and the the little minds were so receptive. They eagerly wanted someone to share with them a story. In many ways we as adults are like children, like to hear stories.especially the ones that take someone from a nobody to a somebody. There is something inside of us that make us cheer for the underdog, until that person succeeds. So why is it that we are afraid to be that someone, who finally gets it together and lives that fulfill life?.Like the children we are in awe of the story, but unlike the children we don't believe that can happen to us, because it's too good to be true."We do not believe in ourselves until someone reveals that deep inside us something is valuable, worth listening to, worthy of our trust, sacred to our touch. Once we believe in ourselves,we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight or any experience that reveals the human spirit". E.E Cummings.Go ahead and do that project, degree,or that Business venture and see what happens.

What's the Hardest Year of Marriage?
By Rosemary Black
Reviewed by QualityHealth's Medical Advisory Board
Being married seems so easy at first: everything's new and fresh, from the bone china to the queen-sized comforter to "officially" sharing a last name. But at some point, the honeymoon's clearly over and you both find yourselves marveling at how tough being married can be.
The hardest year of marriage is something all couples face, and obviously it's different for everyone. But chances are good that it will happen either the second year of marriage, or the first year after you have a baby.
The second year of marriage can be very challenging because a couple is still developing a lifestyle together. "You're putting together a working marriage style," says Mary Jo Rapini, LPC, an intimacy/sex relationship psychotherapist. "But the second year, things start to catch up. It's typical for a couple to fight a lot since they have not yet learned the art of negotiation."
Following on the heels of that first sweet year, the second year definitely brings more of a routine that may be devoid of excitement. It's a time to work hard together, but many couples may be surprised by how trying it is.
While the second year of a marriage can be very difficult, the period after a baby is born can also test even the closest marital union.
"You're focusing on your child and you have to work double time on your relationship when you're both very tired," says Stacy Kaiser, MA, MFT, the author of How to Be a Grownup. "It's a critical year that can set the tone for the rest of your marriage."
Exhausted new parents tend to not have the energy for sex, which means that one of the prime ways of reconnecting fizzles. And for the husband, the abrupt shift of attention from him to a baby can be disconcerting and stressful, to say the least.
"Plus your finances are probably stressed out, and most couples don't go out much the first year that they have a baby," Kaiser points out.
Whatever year of marriage you're finding difficult, here are five tips to help you through.
● Think of yourselves as a team. "It's not about win win," Rapini says. "It's no longer my life, it's our life. Start thinking about the we, not the me."
● Set goals. "A marriage does best when there is joint vision," Rapini says. "Part of marital therapy is getting a couple to develop a vision that they share." Think about what you'd like to do, whether it is raise kids together or save for that house on the lake you've always wanted.
● Make time to talk to each other, just the two of you. "Focus on tending to yourselves as a pair," Kaiser says. This is especially important when you are brand new parents.
● Keep the "Four C's" in mind. They are: consider, compliment (one another), comfort and compromise. "If you are doing those four things most of the time, things will be humming along smoothly," Kaiser says.
● Make time for sex. And try to get enough sleep, since there's nothing like being well rested to give you enough energy to find time for intimacy.
